Pre-proceedings

The deadline for contributions to the pre-proceedings of the Amsterdam Colloquium is 1 December 2011.

Papers should not exceed 10 pages and should be formatted according to the LNCS article style. The needed style files are available here (both Latex and Word are supported, Latex is preferred).

To submit the paper please use the link that was sent to you via email on 21-10-2011. The subject of the message was "AC'2011 Proceedings". For the pre-proceedings we only need a PDF file.

Contributions to the pre-proceedings are downloadable [12MB] from the AC website, and will be reviewed for inclusion in the post-proceedings of the Amsterdam Colloquium.

Post-proceedings

The post-proceedings of the Amsterdam Colloquium will be published after the conference as a volume in the FoLLI  subseries of Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS).

The deadline for the final contributions to the post-proceedings is 1 March 2012.

Please read carefully the LNCS author guidelines and notice that the post-proceedings will be printed in black and white.

Checklist of items to be sent to us by 1 March 2012: 

  • The final source files, incl. any non-standard fonts. 
  • A final PDF file corresponding exactly to the final source files.
  • A copyright form, signed by one author on behalf of all of the authors of the paper.
  • The name and e-mail address of the contact author who will check the proof of the paper. 
  • A suggestion for an abbreviated running head, if appropriate.
  •  Information about correct representation of authors’ names, where necessary. 

The copyright form (available here) should be filled in as follows: 

Title of the book or conference name: 18th Amsterdam Colloquium

Volume editors: Maria Aloni, Vadim Kimmelman, Floris Roelofsen, Galit Weidman Sassoon, Katrin Schulz and Matthijs Westera.
