Submission of Papers

Prospective authors are invited to submit an extended abstract in English with the following format. The maximum length is 4 pages A4 including a cover page which should specify:

• title
• authors and affiliation
• mailing address, phone, fax, and e-mail address of the contact author
• a brief abstract describing the work of maximum 200 words
• between three and five keywords

The technical expositions should be directed to a specialist and should include an introduction understandable to a non specialist that describes the problem studied and the results achieved, focusing on the important ideas and their significance.

Submission Procedure

Submission is closed.

The extended abstracts are published in the Symposium Proceedings which will be available during the Symposium. The printing of the proceedings with full size (8 pages) papers is planned immediately after the Symposium.

• First Call for papers: January 15, 2003
• Second Call for papers: March 1, 2003
• Submission deadline: April 1, 2003
• Notification of acceptance: May 15, 2003
• Registration deadline: July 15, 2003
• Final abstracts due: August 15, 2003
• Symposium: October 6 -- 10, 2003
