Registration fees

• Regular:  €320 // early before 22 May: €250
• Student:  €270 // early before 22 May: €220
• Invited Speaker: free

Registration Rules

• We kindly remind you that at least one author of accepted papers should register.
• The "Student" category applies to bachelor, master and PhD students only.
• Please note that refunds are not possible. 
• Registration will close on 15 June 2026.

Excursion

On Wednesday 1 July there will be (at least) two excursions, including: 

• A two-hours boat trip through the canals of the Amsterdam city center on the oldest passenger vessel in the Netherlands, built in 1880. Drinks and snacks will be available on board.  
• A one-hour walk through Zuid-Kennemerland National Park to the beach, followed by drinks at a beachside café. A bus will be organised to get from Amsterdam to the national park and back. No serious hiking is involved, though some parts of the route may be sandy. 

Please indicate the excursion you would like to take part in below. In case you are happy with either, please select both. We will try to accommodate your preferences, but this will depend on the number of interested participants. 

Conference dinner

In the evening of Thursday 2 July, there will be a conference dinner at Pllek in Amsterdam Noord. The conference dinner is included in the registration fee. Please use the drop-down menu to let us know if you plan to attend the dinner and note any dietary requirements or allergies below.
