Registration type
Please select your registration type. The registration fee includes reception, excursion, conference dinner and the locally organized bus transfers between Tbilisi and the conference location.
Early registration fees apply up to and including Thursday 31 July 2025:
- Regular: 280 Euro
- Student: 190 Euro
Late registration fees apply from Friday 1 August 2025 up to and including Friday 15 August 2025.
- Regular: 340 Euro
- Student: 190 Euro
Optional: Accompanying persons
If you are accompanied by one or more non-participants, please indicate how many extra tickets you require for the social program components (reception, excursion, conference dinner). The cost is:
Early registration: 100 Euro per person.
Late registration: 120 Euro per person.
NOTE: Accommodation for accompanying persons must be booked separately in the hotel and transport booking form.
