Registration fees:

• Regular:  €250 (before 20 May 2024) or  €300 (after 20 May 2024)
• Student:  €150 (before 20 May 2024) or  €200 (after 20 May 2024)
• Online:  €50
• Special Session Speaker, Steering Committee: free
• AUC student/staff/Student Event Speaker: free (only includes free attendance to the conference talks).

We kindly remind you that at least one author of accepted papers should register with the regular/student fee (the student fee option is allowed only if all the authors of the paper are students).

The ASL offers Student Travel Awards to attend CiE 2024. Please note that this is reserved formembers of the ASL. The deadline to apply for Student Travel Awards is 8 April. You can find more information here.

Please note that refunds are not possible. 

On Thursday 11 July, there will be a conference dinner cruise, served aboard a vessel going around the canals of Amsterdam. The price depends   on the number of participant but will not exceed €130 (this includes the entire cruise and dinner on board). Please use the drop-down menu to let us know if you are interested in attending. If you intend to come with a guest, please let us know separately by e-mail to this address.
